Trouble shooting -Scanning QA8-

Q8. When scanning in 8-color/256-color mode with Adobe products (Acrobat etc.), the scanned image becomes black or an error message appears.

A8. Adobe products do not support 8-color (4-bit) or 256-color (8-bit) scanning.
Please select 24-bit full color mode.
