Currently the USB interface with a speed of 12 Mbps (called "version 1.1") is becoming popular with an effective speed
of approximately 1Mbps, while that of a SCSI interface uses 10Mbps (SCSI-2 (Fast SCSI) standard-compliant).
Therefore, using a USB to SCSI converter cable with a high-speed scanner (scanning speed of more than 20 PPM) will degrade
scanning speed. We do not recommend it.
