For scanners with a SCSI interface, the following kinds of PCs can be used.
- PC/AT 100% compatible machine with ISA or PCI bus
- DOS/V Laptop PC with PC card slot (PCMCIA)
For scanners with a USB interface, you need a PC that supports one of the following USB host controller chips.
However, some PCs may not work properly due to their unique design specifications and working environments.
