1. The following function has been added:
   
   • Auto Rotation support.This function is supported by ScandAIl PRO V1.6 or later.
   • The following functions have been added to the Software Operation Panel:
     
     • Save and Restore SOP settings
     • Multifeed position memory
     • Saves IMFF multifeed patterns, when power has been shut off.
     • Optimized "Automatic page size detection" boundary settings
       (These functions are only supported by the following firmware: SDC OROD or later, MDC OLOO or later and PUC DEOD or later. (Refer to ECN PA03450-041 for details))
2. Revised contents are shown below:
   
   • The occasional problem, where error messages were not displayed when a multifeed error occurred (document length check), has been corrected.
   • The problem, where punch hole images on color or gray scale images could not be removed under the following conditions, has been corrected:
     
     • When saving files in JPEG file format.
     • When "Automatic page size" has been enabled.
     • When either "Multi Image Output" or "Auto Color detection" has been enabled.
   • The problem, where the application shut down after a document jam occurred under the following conditions, has been corrected:
     
     • When Cache mode was either set to "Use memory on PC or "Use both memories "
     • Either "Automatic page size detection" or "End of page detection" has been enabled.
   • The problem, where the designated file was accidentally changed during scanning, has been corrected.
   • There used to be a problem where TWPA-GRAY, rather than TWPT-BW, used to be activated when calling MSG-GET with ICAP-PIXELTYPE, when the following functions had been enabled:
     
     • Advanced DTC
     • Image processing software option.
     This problem has been corrected.

Before downloading this software, it is required that you accept the terms of the Software license agreement. Read the " terms of the Software license agreement" carefully, before you download the software. By downloading this driver software, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.
* The driver installation method has changed. Please refer to the following installation procedure.

Driver download and installation

• Ensure there is adequate hard-disk space.
• Download the driver to your hard disk by clicking the "Download" link below.

• Extract the downloaded archive file.
• For example, execute the following command, and extract the file to your Hard Disk.

• [drive:] is the drive name where the downloaded file is stored
• [¥path] is the pass name where the downloaded file is stored.
• [¥filename] is the file name to be downloaded.

In case the existing driver still remains, after you uninstall it and execute the following command, please install the downloaded driver.

For driver installation, please follow the Installation Guide. The functions and operation of the driver are in the"User's Guide" (size: 1.71MB) or "TWAIN driver help". (The "User's Guide", requires Adobe® Reader® 5.0 or later. If necessary, you can download it from: http://www.adobe.com.

Install the driver software in accordance with the following notes and methods.

Log in as administrator, and then start the installation.
