• When scanning a document in Multi-Image Mode, specific adjustments to the values for Brightness/Contrast for Grayscale or Color may not take effect in the output image data, resulting instead in image data with the default values.

Driver download and the installation

Download the driver to your hard disk by clicking the "Download" link below.

This driver version supports Scanner Central Admin. Customers that want to use Scanner Central Admin, but have a scanner model which does not come bundled with the software, must download　 "iX-2_1_11110_24001_R.exe" and install Scanner Central Admin Agent.

Download file has been a self-extracting format.

By executing the downloaded "iX-2_1_11110_24001.exe" or "iX-2_1_11110_24001_R.exe" file, program will be extracted in the same directory where the file exists. Refer to the above Disk space size as a measure of required Disk space. In case there is an existing driver, uninstall it before executing the file. Execute the "Setup.exe" in the created "¥Disk1" directory to start the driver installation.

How to install Scanner Central Admin Agent

1. Double-click the downloaded "iX-2_1_11110_24001_R.exe" file. This creates a directory called "\SCAAgent."
2. Open that directory and double-click the "Setup.exe" to start the installation.
3. Refer to Scanner Central Admin User's Guide for the further details on how to install “Scanner Central Admin Agent Update.”

Log in as administrator, and then start the installation.
