Features

PON Technology

• One optical fiber can accommodate up to 32 subscribers, which enables fiber cost reduction.
• One GE-PON OLT can accommodate up to 512 subscribers.

Network Functions

• IEEE802.3ah TM compliant, maximum 1Gbps (upstream/downstream) transmission and efficient re-allocation of surplus bandwidth.
• IEEE802.1p priority control (upstream/downstream) compliant, enables excellent QoS control.
• Each PON interface card support Dynamic Bandwidth Assignment (DBA) on upstream traffic.

Operation & Maintenance

• Support IEEE802.3ah TM compliant OAM frame, ONU remote control and Loop Test.
• Security assurance by preventing direct communications among subscribers being accommodated within the same PON interface card.
• Secured network operation by ONU authentication function.
