PRIMEQUEST consists of a line of Linux and Windows mission-critical IA servers ideally suited to businesses where stable system operation is of the utmost importance. It also provides a growing list of virtualization functions, starting with hardware partitioning, that enable resources to be shared, business operations to be consolidated, and resource reallocation to be managed across highly stable and operationally discrete environments. In addition the highly reliable "PRIMECLUSTER" infrastructure software can be used to maximize availability when consolidating mission-critical business operations.

PRIMERGY consists of Linux and Windows PC servers. These are ideally suited to businesses requiring frequent addition or change. As well as blade servers, with their focus on high reliability and stable consolidation of operations, PRIMERGY offers virtual machine functions (VMware and Linux virtual machine function) for applications where the emphasis is on prompt response to fluctuations in performance or load.

SPARC Enterprise are SPARC/Solaris standard UNIX servers backed by a huge portfolio of applications and a proven track record. In addition to hardware partitions suited to consolidation where reliability is most important, SPARC Enterprise offers Solaris containers suited to processes needing flexibility and efficiency. In addition the highly reliable "PRIMECLUSTER" infrastructure software can be used to maximize availability when consolidating mission-critical business operations.

ETERNUS is line of highly reliable data storage systems. It includes the ETERNUS VS900 virtualization switch, which operates multiple disk drives in an integrated storage pool by effectively removing all physical boundary and attribute restrictions. Storage management efficiency is greatly increased as a result.

Comprehensive system-wide virtualization for increased operability and availability

Fujitsu's Systemwalker Resource Coordinator Virtual server Edition, manages and enables efficient virtualization of blade servers.
This operational management software package is designed to increase the operability and availability of all blade servers.
By managing both physical and virtual environments collectively, the software enables the supervision and operation of blade servers (both physical and virtual) using a single operational management view. As well as server virtualization the package also supports the virtualization of storage area networks (SAN). This means low-cost, ultra-high-availability blade server systems can be established in both physical and virtual environments.
