Limit Values in Systemwalker OperationMGR
This section describes limit values in Systemwalker OperationMGR. Note that some editions may have different values specified as limit values. As shown in the diagram below, Systemwalker OperationMGR manages jobs by grouping them into job nets, groups, and projects.
- Jobs are batch files, shell scripts, and commands.
- Job nets are groups of registered jobs that have defined startup sequence and schedule.
- Groups are groups of registered job nets that have defined startup sequences and schedules.
- Projects are formed from groups that have defined startup sequences and schedules.
In addition, Systemwalker OperationMGR V10.1/V10L20 allows you to layer job nets. Job nets can be registered to a job net. Refer to the screenshots of the Systemwalker OperationMGR windows and panes to visually understand the management structure described above.
