A. The Fujitsu Middleware Certification Program is designed to objectively validate your knowledge and expertise with Fujitsu
Middleware products and technologies. The program provides an independent and protected testing environment to determine your
level of competency with those products.
Q. What products are covered by the Fujitsu Middleware Certification Program?
A.The FMCP is designed to cover the Fujitsu’s suite of middleware products which includes Interstage and Systemwalker.
Q. Why become Fujitsu Middleware Certified?
A.Fujitsu Middleware Certification is an independent indicator of the level of knowledge and proficiency on Fujitsu Middleware
products. For individuals, a Fujitsu Middleware Certification means greater opportunities for employment with companies looking
for personnel to develop and implement solutions based on Fujitsu Middleware products. For corporations, employing Fujitsu

A.The Fujitsu Middleware Certification Program is for developers, administrators and architects who will be using Fujitsu's

Q. Do I need to pass an exam to receive Certification?
A.Yes. The exam type and format is dependent on the Certification being sought. Please select the Available Tests link from
the right hand side of this page.
Q. Where can I take the certification exam?
A.For the Associate level certification exams, testing will be offered worldwide via Prometric Testing Centers. For locations
where you can take the test please visit www.prometric.com. For Professional level certification exams, training courses and certification exams will be conducted as instructor led
training. Contact your local Fujitsu office for course availability and schedules.
Q. When do I receive my exam results?
A.For the Associate level certification exams, immediately upon completion, Prometric will inform you of your exam score. For
Professional level certification exams, the exam papers will be marked and the results emailed to you as soon as possible
after the exam is conducted.
Q. What happens if I fail the exam?
A. For the Associate level certification exams, you are allowed to retake the exam, just reschedule a suitable time with Prometric.
However, it is a requirement that you must wait at least one week before retaking the exam. For Professional level certification
exams, you will need to reschedule with your local Fujitsu office to take a second exam.
Q. How do I schedule an appointment for an exam?
A. For the Associate level certification exams, Fujitsu Certification exams are offered throughout the world. To schedule
an exam near your location, visit the global Prometric website at www.prometric.com. For Professional level certification exams, certification exams will be conducted as part of the instructor led training.

Q. What information is required to schedule an exam?

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Certification candidates are required to provide two forms of identification at the Prometric testing center, including one
form of photo identification such as a driver's license or a valid passport. Both forms must display the candidate's signature.

Q. What Fujitsu Middleware Certifications are available?
A.To see an up to date list of the currently available as well as future exams, please select the "Available Certification

Q. What are the pre-requisites for Middleware Certification?
A.To sit for the Interstage Certified Associate or the Systemwalker Certified Associate exams, there are no pre-requisites.
To sit for the other levels of Interstage or Systemwalker Certification exams, you must be an Interstage Certified Associate
or a Systemwalker Certified Associate respectively.
There may be additional pre-requisites depending on the particular Certification to be undertaken. To see the pre-requisites for a particular exam, please select the "Available Certification and Tests" link from the right hand side.
Certification is based on the most current product version and Fujitsu encourages all certified individuals to stay abreast of the latest technologies and Interstage product versions.
Q. How do I prepare for the exams?
A. Normally, there is a textbook and sample exam questions available online for each of the available Associate level exams.

Q. What is the cost per exam?
A.Generally, the cost for each Associate level exam is $USD100. However, to see the actual cost for a particular exam, please

Q. What is the format of the certification exam?
A.The certification exams are generally of the form of multiple-choice questions and are scored on a pass/fail basis. To find

Q. What is a passing score on a certification exam?
A.Candidates generally need to score 80% or better on the exam to pass. To see the actual requirements for a particular exam,
