XBRL Processor
What is XBRL?
eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard to describe financial data and facilitate creation, distribution, and reuse of business reports.
XBRL International, a standard body, promotes the specification development and adoption of XBRL specification. Visit the following web site to get further information on XBRL.
XBRL greatly reduces costs to create, distribute, and reuse digitalized business reports.
Standard bodies are developing standard taxonomies compliant with accounting standards and systems that vary from country to country. XBRL is expected to play an important role in future corporate management, too, as a business reporting standard compliant with country-specific systems as well as international standards.
Sample XBRL documents can be obtained from XBRL International.
