Fujitsu launched the MB91F465XA, next-generation microcontroller with embedded FlexRay™ interface in January, 2007. This MCU enables implementation of the FlexRay protocol in a single-chip solution without the need for companion devices.
Fujitsu is growing the family of FlexRay MCUs, for the F²MC-16FX Family in addition to the FR Family.
