Fujitsu launched the MB91F465XA, next-generation microcontroller with embedded FlexRay™ interface in January, 2007.
This MCU enables implementation of the FlexRay protocol in a single-chip solution without the need for companion devices.
Fujitsu is growing the family of FlexRay MCUs, for the F²MC-16FX Family in addition to the FR Family.

Fujitsu acquired a license to use FlexRay from Bosch in November 2004. We have introduced the FlexRay Starter Kit (MB2005-01)
that uses FlexRay IP and introduced ASSP that contains FlexRay IP in September 2005. In addition, we have offered 32-bit microcontrollers
equipped with FlexRay IP in the Fujitsu FR core since 2006.

Fujitsu offers the 32-bit MCU MB91F465XA with embedded FlexRay controllers in the Fujitsu FR core. This product supports the FlexRay protocol version 2.1.

FlexRay ASSP Solution
ASSPs for FlexRay communication controllers. ASSP Flex Ray controller supports a stand-alone FlexRay system and the interface to different MCUs. The MB88121 and MB88121A/B support the FlexRay protocol ver. 2.0 and ver. 2.1 respectively.

Fujitsu offers the FlexRay starter kit for FPGA through the evalution kit for 32-bit FlexRay MCU on a timely basis for customers'
