Eco-Friendly Products [ Green Products ]

Fujitsu group have been developed environment-friendly products to approach to global environmental issues. Fujitsu group have performed the original environmental assessment to develop "environment-friendly products" considering [low energy consumption], [3R design and technology], [non-use of hazardous substance, materials and technology].

FCRAM products are the "Green Products", that are products with enhanced environmental consideration, qualified by Fujitsu internal regulations. 256Mbit FCRAM was qualified as “Super Green Products” to offer very low power consumption of maximum about 70% less compared to standard SDRAM products.
FCRAM low power feature contributes to reduction of CO₂ emission.

FCRAM Approach to Environmental Problem

Resource Saving

SiP solution, FCRAM assembly with SoC within single package, can reduce the size of PCB board and save the resource such as material of PCB, resistors and solder paste.

Environment Saving

FCRAM low power feature contributes to reduction of CO₂ emission. If 2pcs of on-board DDR-SDRAM are replaced by 1pc of FCRAM, CO₂ emission can be dramatically reduced up to 70%.

Green Product Development

Fujitsu group has established the original regulations called [product environment green assessment] to develop the environment-friendly products.

FCRAM products meets the regulation and all new products are approved as "Green Products", that are products with enhanced environmental consideration. 256Mbit FCRAM was qualified as “Super Green Products” because the FCRAM low power feature dramatically reduces CO2 emission rather than standard memory available on market.

FCRAM products achieve compliance with EU RoHS, Chinese RoHS and lead free and halogen free products have been shipped.
