FCRAM

FCRAM (Fast Cycle RAM) is a random access memory featuring low power consumption, and has Low Power DDR SDRAM interface or PSRAM(Pseudo SRAM) interface in product family. The FCRAM features both low power consumption and high-speed data transfer capability, thus optimal for digital consumer electronics such as digital television and camcorder, that require high-speed processing of large-scale digital data ,and optimal for mobile applications such as cellular phones.
FCRAM products are provided in wafer, package form, and then, proposed as SoC or SiP solution that FCRAM and logic chips are comprised in single package.In addition, Fujitsu is considering to offer the custom DRAM optimized for customer applications.
