Wafer Foundry Service
FUJITSU started the wafer foundry service in the 1980s and has supplied many customers with LSI wafers, manufactured with our various technologies. Our three fabs in Iwate, Aizuwakamatsu, and Mie are equipped with the LSI manufacturing lines up to 0.13μm technology, while the Mie Plant and Akiruno Technology Center provide 90nm and the advanced technologies.
