DESCRIPTION
MB15H106 integrates the receiver IF section for W-CDMA.
It consists of an I/Q demodulator, and IF-AGC amp with a separate power supply.
An IF frequency at 380MHz input to IF-AGC amp, and the signal level is controlled by IF-AGC.
The gain is controlled by external DC voltage. The signal is demodulated by I/Q demodulator, and I/Q baseband signals are
generated.
The latest BiCMOS process is used, as a result low supply current and low noise performance are achieved.
MB15H106 is assembled by the very small package, BCC24. It is suited for miniaturized products.
