MB15H105
DESCRIPTION
MB15H105 integrates the transmitter IF section for W-CDMA.
It consists of an I/Q modulator, IF-AGC and a Mixer for Up-conversion with a separate power supply.
The I/Q Modulator converts a base band signal to a transmitter IF frequency at 570MHz, and the signal output power is controlled
by IF-AGC, and the gain is controlled by external DC voltage.
Furthermore, MB15H105 integrates a Mixer for Up-conversion. An IF frequency converts to RF frequency for W-CDMA.
The latest BiCMOS process is used, as a result low supply current and low noise performance are achieved.
MB15H105 is assembled the very small package, BCC24. It is suited for miniaturized products.
