MB15H110

DESCRIPTION

♦MB15H110 uses FUJITSU’s latest Bi-CMOS process technology, which
hasTransmitter, Receiver, and IF-PLL function. It’s mostly available for PHS   application.

♦Transmitter Section (QMOD, Up-Converter, VGA, IF-PLL, IF-VCO) and Receiver Section (2nd Mixer,LimAMP/RSSI) are embedded into one chip.

♦The miniaturization and lightening of the total set become possible by installing it into a small package, FUJITSU’s BCC40 PKG.

♦This LSI enables to reduce the mounting area on the unit and cutting down the number of external parts because tank circuit for IF-VCO is embedded.

MB15H105

DESCRIPTION

MB15H105 integrates the transmitter IF section for W-CDMA.
It consists of an I/Q modulator, IF-AGC and a Mixer for Up-conversion with a separate power supply.
The I/Q Modulator converts a base band signal to a transmitter IF frequency at 570MHz, and the signal output power is controlled by IF-AGC, and the gain is controlled by external DC voltage.
Furthermore, MB15H105 integrates a Mixer for Up-conversion. An IF frequency converts to RF frequency for W-CDMA.
The latest BiCMOS process is used, as a result low supply current and low noise performance are achieved.
MB15H105 is assembled the very small package, BCC24. It is suited for miniaturized products.

MB15H106

DESCRIPTION

MB15H106 integrates the receiver IF section for W-CDMA.
It consists of an I/Q demodulator, and IF-AGC amp with a separate power supply.
An IF frequency at 380MHz input to IF-AGC amp, and the signal level is controlled by IF-AGC.
The gain is controlled by external DC voltage. The signal is demodulated by I/Q demodulator, and I/Q baseband signals are generated.
The latest BiCMOS process is used, as a result low supply current and low noise performance are achieved.
MB15H106 is assembled by the very small package, BCC24. It is suited for miniaturized products.
