The easy and straightforward setup, small-footprint, low-noise and low power characteristics, further enhance the in-built high-end system reliability that ensures robust data integrity.

Compact and low-noise design Half the size(2U) (Note1) of previous systems, with increased capacity to 9TB (Note2) . 42dB noise output at Library-level tranquility (Note3). Easy installation at every site. Note1: 2U represents the unit's height in the 19-inch rack (88mm). Note2: Physical capacity calculated using 1KByte=1,000 Bytes. Note3: Value measured when ambient temperature is below 25℃ (ISO 7779 compliant).Higher temperatures may generate higher noise levels due to fan rotation control function. Low-power consumption and Eco-mode Power-consumption is reduced by up to 40% over previous systems. By scheduling disk drive operation with Eco-mode, a further 15% (Note4) power reduction can be achieved. Note4: Based on a configuration of 7.5TB SAS disk drives for production use & 18TB SATA disk drives for 3-generation backup. (Comparison of a 24 hour system operating 5 hours of backup disk drives with ECO-mode and the same system operation and backup without ECO-mode).
