- 120 GB Large capacity and high performance
Massive capacity has been achieved through the enhancement of the head, the media and the record processing technology allowing up to 60GB per disk, maximum 120GB per drive (2 disks) high capacity. High rotational speed (5,400rpm), large-sized cache (8MB)(4), and native command queuing(6) feature enable the high speed read and write operation. - High Connectivity
Serial ATA (SATA) interface has contributed to the high data transfer rate up to 150 MB/sec maximum and is designed to support one device per controller connection. MHV2 BH series also allow Hot Plugging, which enables users to connect it to a controller without host power down. - Low power consumption
The enhancement of spindle motor driving technology and the power reduction of controller circuit enable to minimize by 0.6watt at idle operation. 30% reduction is in comparison with our 5,400rpm drives. - Shock Tolerance
The enhancement of head holding structure to read and write the data of the media enable in high shock tolerance. The drives withstand up to 300Go-p (duration 2ms) operating shock. - High Reliability
320bit length ECC (Error Correction Code) and S.M.A.R.T.(7) function enable the drives to improve the data reliability.
