1. Setting Plugs CNH1

Note:
According to the following condition, power source for terminator is
decided.
1) Bus terminator power voltage higher to IDD power voltage.
2) Bus terminator power voltage lower to IDD power voltage.
(IDD terminator power voltage equal to IDD power voltage : 5.0V - 0.3V = 4.7V)
