PRIMECLUSTER is a next generation cluster solution, developed using the joint clustering expertise of Fujitsu.
Set Products
PRIMECLUSTER Enterprise Edition
This all-in-one package includes high availability, parallel database and scalability functions. It is specially adapted to manage a mixed cluster environment where switching, parallel and scalable systems operate within the same cluster.
PRIMECLUSTER HA Server
This provides the most common High Availability (HA) environments for general operational service and applications. Multi-directional failover and workload management ensures operational continuity. In addition, it provides for cluster-enabled storage management and a HA network.
PRIMECLUSTER Parallel Server
This provides the operating environment for parallel database enabling all servers to have simultaneous access.
PRIMECLUSTER Scalability Server
This provides dynamic load balancing for TCP/IP based network services.

Function-level components can be bought separately and added to a set product.
PRIMECLUSTER CF (Cluster Foundation)
Cluster common architecture component.
PRIMECLUSTER RMS (Reliant Monitor Services)
High availability manager that performs the monitoring and switching of hardware and software.
PRIMECLUSTER PAS (Parallel Application Services)
Component for parallel database operation.
PRIMECLUSTER SIS (Scalable Internet Services)
Component that provides network load balancing.
PRIMECLUSTER WT (Wizard Tools)
Tools that generate high-availability RMS configurations to manage basic resources such as file systems and IP addresses.
PRIMECLUSTER GDS (Global Disk Services)
Volume manager that improves the availability and manageability of disk-stored data.
* GDS also can be used in a non-cluster system as a volume manager. (Solaris OE only)
PRIMECLUSTER GFS (Global File Services)
Component that provides high-reliability file system featuring availability and expandability.
* GFS also can be used in a non-cluster system to improve availability and performance of a local file system. (Solaris OE only)
PRIMECLUSTER GLS (Global Link Services)
Component that provides continuous transmission in the event of network path or card failures.
* GLS also can be used in a non-cluster system to enable high reliability communications.

Optional software product that enables a wide range of applications to operate in a cluster system constructed with PRIMECLUSTER.
PRIMECLUSTER GDS Snapshot
Optional PRIMECLUSTER GDS software used to create a disk or volume snapshot (replication at a particular point in time).
