Fujitsu announces that it has made changes to the Fujitsu XBRL Tools download policy.
You can download these tools that require a license key file. Fujitsu sends, after internal discussion, such a license file for each application to the e-mail address that you specify in the web application form.
We wish you have continued interest in Fujitsu XBRL Tools.
The XBRL Tools introduced here are only for the XBRL Consortium members or academic users. These tools are different from what are included in the product Interstage XWand. The former is for the purpose of publicizing and promoting XBRL Standardization. The former may include early prototypes of the next version of the latter. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not use these tools for the purpose of fare-paying activities, even if they are of XBRL Consortium or of academic institutes.
Applications available from this page are tool programs which handle documents written in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language). Visit the XBRL International web site to get further information on XBRL. With these applications, users can create XBRL taxonomy graphically, create XBRL instance documents or validate their documents.
We provide these tools to: (a) XBRL consortium members as part of our XBRL standardization activity, and the use is limited for consortium activities of XBRL International or its jurisdictions and to use with non-business purpose; or (b) academic users such as professors or students in universities or in public research organizations. These tools have the expiration date for use. About full license agreement and its expiration date, please refer to the license of each tool.
When its license agreement is not fit for your use (for example, business use), please see the product Interstage XWand which bundles taxonomy/instance editing tools. For the contact of the product, please refer to Interstage Contact Information. About trademarks in this page, please refer to About trademarks.

Here are tentative alpha releases of Fujitsu XBRL Tools. They may contain bugs. Their functions may not be documented, or may not be well explained in the documentation. Nevertheless, we announce the releases simply because we believe these will be in demand for the current trend of XBRL. Note that tools in this page may be modified or deleted without notice.
This is a plugin for Microsoft Internet Explorer and it enables you to view instance documents as HTML pages. It uses the associated taxonomy reference to retrieve the presentation linkbase to control the layout and rendering of the instance document.
This tool enables you to create instance documents simply by filling spreadsheets. Once the mapping information is defined by Sheet Mapping Tool, Sheet Instance Creator reads from this information the correspondence between spreadsheet cells and taxonomy items. Sheet Instance Creator maps your data on the spreadsheet to an instance document. You can create instance documents without worrying about the details of taxonomy structure.
This is a command line tool used for extracting data from an instance document to save it to CSV files.
Sheet Mapping Tool is used for creating and editing mapping information between the items of a given taxonomy and cells of a spreadsheet. The mapping information is passed to Instance Creator. Once you define mapping information which links your spreadsheet with taxonomy, you can create XBRL instance files just by filling your spreadsheet.
This tool provides functions to create/edit GL 2005 taxonomy and instance of XBRL specification 2.1.

This application represents the strength, capability and potential for XBRL as well.
The e-Tax Cutter is used for clipping xbrl document part out of an e-Tax document. The Instance Extractor is a command line tool used for extracting data from an instance document to save it to CSV files.
