Fujitsu Prevails in Patent Litigation Against Nanya Technology

Tokyo, May 14, 2008 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that Nanya Technology Corporation Japan has withdrawn its appeal against a Tokyo District Court ruling which found that Nanya Technology infringes a Fujitsu patent.

Fujitsu and ONStor Form Strategic Partnership to Deliver Scalable, Energy-Efficient, High-Performance Network Attached Storage

SUNNYVALE, CA , May 13, 2008 – Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation today announced it is partnering with ONStor, Inc., a leading provider of scalable clustered NAS storage solutions for the enterprise, to deliver a highly scalable storage platform that will allow mid-sized to large enterprises to consolidate existing storage islands and simplify the management and protection of unstructured data. The combination of Fujitsu ETERNUS storage systems and the ONStor Bobcat(TM) NAS Gateway creates a highly reliable solution that employs innovative technology to ensure greater throughput, capacity and energy efficiency. As part of the agreement, Fujitsu will resell the ONStor Bobcat NAS Gateway models 2240, 2260 and 2280 with its ETERNUS4000 and ETERNUS8000 storage systems.

Fujitsu Reports Fiscal 2007 Financial Results

Tokyo, May 12, 2008 – Fujitsu Limited, a leading provider of IT-based business solutions for the global marketplace, today reported a consolidated operating income of 204.9 billion yen (US$2,049 million) for fiscal 2007 (April 1, 2007 – March 31, 2008), an increase of 12.6% over the previous year. The increase in operating income was primarily attributable to sharply higher sales of solutions/SI, servers, PCs and mobile phones as well as the success of cost control initiatives throughout the Fujitsu Group.

Fujitsu to Spin Off Photonics Business in Reorganization

Tokyo, May 12, 2008 – Fujitsu Limited announced today that it will spin off, through a simple absorption-type separation, its photonics manufacturing division and photonics product development division for the Japanese market and transfer the divisions to its wholly owned subsidiary, Fujitsu Access Limited, as of July 1, 2008. The decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors today.

Regarding Losses on Revaluation of Investment Securities and Stocks of Subsidiaries and Affiliates

Tokyo, May 12, 2008 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that in its financial results for fiscal 2007 ended March 31, 2008, it has recognized a loss on the revaluation of investment securities as well as a loss on the revaluation of stocks of subsidiaries and affiliates whose current market value or net worth has declined significantly and is unlikely to be recovered in the future. In addition, a gain on the sale of a portion of investment securities was recognized.

Fujitsu Donates $1 Million to De Anza College -- Campus Planetarium to Be Renamed Fujitsu Planetarium at De Anza College

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Announces Results with a Further Increase in Profitability Despite Slight Dip in Revenues*

Munich, April 16, 2008 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers today reported its financial results for the fiscal year 2007 (FY07). From April 2007 to March 2008, the company increased its profit before tax by 15 percent from 91 to 105 million Euros.
