19 December 2007 US and France: Engineous and Fujitsu Announce Partnership to Integrate FIPER and SynfiniWay
Cary, N.C. and Toulouse, December 19, 2007 – Engineous Software, provider of the award-winning FIPER integration, automation and collaboration software, and Fujitsu, developer of the SynfiniWay service-oriented IT framework for technical computing, today announced a partnership to build an integrated solution combining FIPER and SynfiniWay. London, November 1, 2007 – The acceptance period for the Offer expired on 31 October 2007. More than 90 percent of the total number of shares and votes in Mandator has been tendered in the Offer. Fujitsu Services declares the Offer unconditional and announces that it will be completed. Once the final number of shares tendered into the offer is known, Fujitsu Services will take the appropriate steps to delist Mandator AB and to acquire the remaining shares in the company.

From April to September 2007, the company increased its profit before tax from four to 14 million euros and its operational profit by 11 percent to 20 million euros. The company recorded 3.011 billion euros in revenue, which is a slight decrease of two percent, reflecting the company's strategic business changes and the difficult market environment.

Helsinki, August 28, 2007 – Metal solutions and products provider Rautaruukki Oyj and ICT services company Fujitsu Services Oy have entered into an IT infrastructure service agreement in accordance with Fujitsu's Patja operating model. 23 August 2007 Germany: Fujitsu Announces New Full HD H.264 Transcoder
Langen, August 23, 2007 – Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe (FME) today announces a new transcoder chip that can compress full HD (1920 x 1080) MPEG-2 video data to H.264 data. The new chip, MB86H52, is capable of compressing MPEG-2 video to less than half the data size while maintaining the same video quality.

9 July 2007 UK: Fujitsu Hits Major MSAN Milestones for BT 21CN Multi Service Access Node Roll-Out
Birmingham, July 9, 2007 – Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Limited announced today that it has contributed to two significant milestones involving the roll-out of Multi Service Access Nodes (MSANs) across BT's new 21st Century Network, known in the industry as 21CN. The first milestone was the completion of the MSAN installation at all 64 exchanges in South Wales, which comprises the initial phase of BT's 21CN deployment. This involved the supply and installation of some 164 MSANs, comprising 104 copper and 60 fibre in total. In parallel, Fujitsu has also completed the installation of the 34 exchanges required to enable a major trial of next generation broadband services, also involving a combination of copper and fibre MSANs. These next generation broadband services will be rolled out to some 60,000 customers in the West Midlands later this year, before extending the new service nationally early in 2008. With the installation and commissioning of these latest 100 sites, Fujitsu now has almost 300 MSANs deployed in the 21CN.

The seven year framework called public sector Flex, (known as Project ISAAC in the procurement phase), will deliver on the shared services vision as set out in the Transformational Government strategy.
