Munich, December 19, 2006 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers is supporting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the search for alternative, environmentally conscious substitutes for brominated flame retardants. Fujitsu Services Signs Contract to Acquire Majority Interest in German IT Services company TDS AG

London, December 11, 2006 – Fujitsu Services, the European IT services arm of the Fujitsu Group, today signed a contract to acquire investor General Atlantic's stake in TDS AG for a purchase price of € 2.80 per share. The contract will become effective after antitrust clearance. Further shareholders have offered to sell their shares to Fujitsu alongside General Atlantic. This will take Fujitsu's shareholding to 79.1 percent, making it the majority shareholder in TDS AG.

The company made an operating profit before rationalisation of £153.7 million and a profit before tax of £154.3 million in the year ended 31 March 2006, an increase of 47% from 2004/05. Fujitsu Siemens Computers is Completing the PRIMERGY Server Line Running on Newest Intel Processor Technology

Munich , June 26, 2006 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT provider, today announced the completion of PRIMERGY dual-socket generation servers: after having introduced a series of new PRIMERGY S3 models deploying the latest Intel® Bensley platform in May, the company unveiled today the availability of the PRIMERGY TX300 S3 tower server and PRIMERGY BladeFrame running the new Dual-Core Intel® Xeon® 5160 sequence processors which are also introduced by Intel today. These stand for improved performance and workload in combination with significantly lower power consumption. One key feature of the new servers is the built-in virtualization capability of the processor which is supposed to maximize significantly server utilization rates and to allow more applications to run on one machine. Fujitsu Research Reveals a Lack of Future Investment in Technologies To Improve the Customer Experience

London, June 6, 2006 – Fujitsu Services, one of Europe's leading IT services companies, has conducted research, in conjunction with the 2006 Retail Solutions conference, amongst Europe's top retail companies to evaluate retailers' current and planned use of technology to improve the customer experience. The findings, to be announced at Retail Solutions today, reveal that the tough economic environment is causing retailers to view technology as an enabler to cutting costs rather than a means of investing in new services to differentiate themselves from their competitors. It also shows that whilst a small number of top retailers are continually investing in improving their offering – the majority of retailers are not planning to invest in new technologies over the next five years.

Munich, June 1, 2006 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT provider, today announced a new pricing model for its Linux-based enterprise servers designed to cut complexity in the Dynamic Data Center. The PRIMERGY BX 600 and PRIMERGY BladeFrame can now be purchased with a single Linux enterprise subscription option per chassis. Instead of licensing the operating system per blade server, customers can deploy any number of instances of the operating system, once they licensed the chassis. The single subscription model provides the customer with better cost control, cost reduction and simplifies the procuring and licensing process of Linux for blade server environments. The offer covers Novell's SUSE Linux Enterprise Servers edition and is available through EMEA with immediate effect.
