Fujitsu Notebooks Ranked in Top Tier for Overall Customer Satisfaction

Sunnyvale, CA, August 30, 2005 – Fujitsu Computer Systems today announced that PC Magazine's 18th annual Reader Satisfaction Survey ranked Fujitsu notebook computers among the best for overall satisfaction. Fujitsu business notebooks received the highest rating for reliability among Windows-based notebooks. Only 14 percent of the Fujitsu business notebooks used by survey respondents needed repairs within the last year, compared to an industry average of 24 percent. According to the PC Magazine article assessing the results, Fujitsu has climbed into the top tier of notebook vendors, challenging Lenovo/IBM and surpassing every other Windows-based notebook manufacturer. "Any maker that can challenge Lenovo/IBM in its specialty, business notebooks, bears watching," said the article. PC Magazine has posted the survey results online at www.pcmag.com, and the story appears in the September 20th issue of the magazine.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Announces the New Ultra-High-End Workstation with AMD Opteron Processor and Two PCI Express graphics Interfaces

Fujitsu Continues Quarterly Growth in Enterprise & Mobile Hard Disk Drive Markets During the Second Quarter of 2005

Sunnyvale, CA, August 24, 2005 – Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., one of the world's leading suppliers of hard disk drives and computer peripherals, today is proud to announce its hard disk drive (HDD) shipment growth for the second calendar quarter of 2005. During the period ending June 30, Fujitsu increased its mobile hard disk drive sales for the twelfth consecutive quarter and sustained its position as the second largest supplier of 2.5" mobile hard disk drives. During the quarter Fujitsu shipped 4.45M mobile units, a 71% increase over the same quarter last year (Q2CY04). Fujitsu also maintained its position as the second largest supplier in the enterprise hard disk drive market, increasing shipments to 1.54M units, a 28% increase as compared to the same quarter last year.

Fujitsu Wins Federal Contract with Tennessee Valley Authority for Next-Generation Communication Network
