bmi Gets Fujitsu on Board to Manage Its IT Services Throughout Europe

London , May 28, 2004 – bmi, the UK's second largest scheduled airline, today announced a ten-year IT managed service contract with Fujitsu Services, one of Europe's leading IT infrastructure management services companies, to manage and modernise its IT services. The contract is worth £60 million, and will see Fujitsu run bmi's business applications, servers, voice & data networks, desktops and websites.

Sodexho Outsourced IT Infrastructure to Fujitsu

Helsinki, May 27, 2004 – Sodexho Oy, which provides companies with food and facility services in Finland, and Fujitsu Services Oy have signed an agreement by which Sodexho will transfer its IT infrastructure to Fujitsu's responsibility in line with the Provia model. ("Fsas") today announced that, in accordance with decisions taken by their respective boards of directors, they have signed an agreement for an exchange of shares whereby Fsas will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu. Pending ratification of the exchange offer agreement at Fsas' Annual Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled to be held June 29, 2004, the exchange of shares is expected to take place on October 1, 2004. In accordance with Section 358 (simple share exchange) of the Commercial Code of Japan, there are no plans to submit the agreement for approval at Fujitsu's Annual Shareholders' Meeting.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Profit Before Tax Is Higher Than Forecasted

Munich, May 12, 2004 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT company, announced its financial results* today. President and CEO Adrian v. Hammerstein announced that the company delivered a profit before tax of €62* million for the 2003/2004 fiscal year running from April 2003 to March 2004.
