30 May 2003 Japan: Notice Regarding Proposed Reduction of Capital Reserve and Earned Reserve
Tokyo, May 30, 2003 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that its Board of Directors has decided to submit a proposal for reducing the company's capital reserve and earned reserve at the Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on June 24, 2003. The decision to make the proposal, which aims to conserve the surplus to keep pace with changes in the future business environment and to maintain flexibility with regard to the use of capital, was made at a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 28.

London, May 15, 2003 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers achieved a profit before tax (pbt) of €8 million for the 2002/2003 financial year running from April 2002 to March 2003, against the CeBIT forecast (March 2003) of a pbt of €4 million. Revenue was nearly flat at €5,337 million, compared to €5,434 million in the previous year. The final numbers are an update to the preliminary financial results announced at CeBIT 2003.
