How to Use ColorDoctor 2.1
ColorDoctor simulates the display content according to grayscale and color characteristics. This section describes the step-by-step
procedure for using ColorDoctor.
Step1
Download ColorDoctor from the Fujitsu Web site and install it on your Personal Computer (PC).
Step2
Double-click ColorDoctor.exe in the Fujitsu ColorDoctor folder.
Step3
How to Perform a Check
1. Switch the mode setting to "Browser"

2. Select [File] and choose the HTML file whose display is to be simulated. Then click [Open].
3. When specifying a Web page on the Internet, enter the URL in [Address] and click [Go].

4. The contents of the file is displayed in the Original Image area.
5. Select [Gray Scale] from the Conversion Filter list and click [Convert image]. A gray scale image is displayed in the Filtered Image area.

6. Convert the conversion filter to [Protanopia], [Deuteranopia], or [Tritanopia] to simulate how the screen appears.
Step4
Results of Checking

Check that there is no part where the text is difficult to distinguish from the background.

Also confirm that icons are easily recognized and charts are readable in terms of their color combinations.
Step5
Simulating moving images

ColorDoctor can simulate in real time the display of Moving images and animations created using Flash and other tools. To perform a simulation, select [Real-time conversion]. If [Real-time conversion] is not selected, the image is displayed only once.
