Fujitsu Announces Resignation of Corporate Executive Officer

Tokyo, January 31, 2007

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Limited announced the resignation of Yoshiyuki Tanakura, currently Corporate First Senior Vice President and president of the System Products Business Group and Software Business Unit. Mr. Tanakura will become an executive advisor to Fujitsu Limited, effective February 1, 2007.
