All Product Support offerings are offered on top of the Standard Warranty. InstallationPacks help in getting started with new product sales, Support Packs or ServiceContracts are offered for hardware and software products form Fujitsu and other vendors. Depending on the payment model they are offered at fixed prices and contain various service levels that can be selected according to specific requirements and selected products.
