Fujitsu has been awarded the 2012 Innovation Award for Customer Service by Software AG. Honoring Fujitsu for the “most significant improvements to customer service and customer retention”, the award recognizes Fujitsu’s work to adapt to changing business and technology challenges for customer service. Benno Zollner, Chief Information Officer at Fujitsu, and Fujitsu Project Manager Stefan Wind accepted the award from Software AG’s executive team during ProcessWorld 2012 in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Fujitsu’s award is for an innovative solution that modernizes customer service. Recognizing that an old middleware system could no longer keep pace with new requirements and customer demands, Fujitsu designed and implemented a single strategic platform with a webMethods solution from Software AG across business areas including Service, Sales and Suppliers. As a result, Fujitsu has a more scalable system that also reduces the time and cost in onboarding new customers by 30 percent and supports our customers and partners in best way.
