- Fujitsu signs contract with Volvo Car Corporation
Fujitsu has signed an outsourcing contract with Volvo Car Corporation, which includes operation, servers and service desk. The agreement also means that up to 80 people will be recruited by Fujitsu.

Fujitsu was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its recent independent report, "The Forrester Wave: SAP Implementation Providers, Q3 2009, Forrester Research, Inc., August 2009." In this evaluation, Fujitsu was cited as a Strong Performer in SAP implementation. The report evaluated leading SAP implementation providers based on industry skill, functional and geographic breadth and range of services.

- Huurre adopts Fujitsu’s End-to-end product service for IT procurement
”We decided to outsource the procurement of desktop and laptop computers to Fujitsu, because the End-to-end product service complements the Patja service while it also shapes up and streamlines the product procurement process. Along with the End-to-end product service we hand over a great deal of our work load to Fujitsu,” says IT manager Jorma Mursu from Huurre.

- Rudus sticks with Fujitsu’s Patja
Aggregate and ready-mixed concrete producer and supplier Rudus Oy has signed a five-year continuation agreement with ICT services producer Fujitsu Services Oy. The two final years are optional. Rudus adopted the Patja service in 2004. Overall, the company has some 600 workstations at its nearly 200 offices in Finland.
