Patja is an operations model whereby Fujitsu assumes responsibility for the customer's ICT. Our aim to make day-to-day work easier for the IT decision-makers and knowledge workers.
Patja covers the customer's desktops, servers, printers and mobile phones. The Patja service also ensures that the customer's ICT solutions, processes and information security are up-to-date and appropriately scaled.
With Patja, the customer's ICT environment is equipped with effective, state-of-the-art methods and technologies that bring cost-savings to the customer.
The Patja optimisation solutions are designed for identifying and resolving the problem areas in the customer's environment and for making proposals for action as well as for developing the ICT infrastructure. Patja is a forerunner with its roots as far back as in 1995.
Safe cloud computing
Patja offers safe cloud computing service whereby Fujitsu bears end-to-end responsibility instead of the functionality of merely one certain area. The customer is aware of the geographical location of its data and access to it is managed and controlled.
Information security of safe cloud computing is built on competent people, strong, certified procedures and proven technology.
Through service integration we are able to embed third party cloud services into our service offering.
Global service
Fujitsu is always alert and controls the service at all times in all times zones. The global Fujitsu group employs 170,000 experts in 70 countries.
The Patja service model incorporates specified and described production and delivery processes for international use as well. The tools and technologies of the Patja service help mobile and global organisations to optimise their operations. Our service processes comply with the ITIL service framework.
The help desk of our international support organisation serves users in 28 languages and our on-site support operates throughout the world.
All in all Fujitsu monitors and manages more than 3 million desktops and 350,000 systems across the world. Our international helpdesk responds to 40,000 support requests on a daily basis.
Development
Fujitsu keeps abreast with the trends and tides of the ICT industry of which the best ones are selected for the Patja service. Fujitsu is in charge of developing the services, and the customer and Fujitsu together discuss the new opportunities it brings. We assess the customer's environment and draw up a development plan. We have more than one hundred experts in Finland who develop our ICT services.
Fujitsu organisation in Finland knows how to cater for the specific needs of the Finnish customers, but we also apply the best features of Fujitsu's global service development. Reciprocally, Finnish service knowledge is used in other Fujitsu countries.
Our experts follow a service model that is designed in alignment with the ITIL practises. Our strong history as part of the Finnish ICT industry provides us credibility and a solid foundation to develop further.
