New call centre improves Fennia's customer service
The upgrade of Fennia's voice services allowed for improved customer service. Calls are routed in a call circle based on skills levels, without the need to resort to automated answering systems. "When a customer calls our claim compensation service they need not know whether their call is being taken at Tampere or Helsinki. The call will be routed to first available claim compensation service agent," IT services director Elina Kotilainen of Fennia says.
