In selecting suppliers we put main weight on professional competence, extensive service network, competitive prices and low device failure rate,” says CEO Altti Kuorikoski of Automatia.
The renewed agreement marks a continuation to a decade of collaboration between the companies. Based on the agreement, the servicing operation will be increasingly managed in a centralised manner, meaning that the engineers will no longer always have to travel on site to solve the problems, which will expedite the work.
