Stora Enso Oyj opted for Fujitsu Services Oy as the supplier of life cycle management services for its staff’s PDA devices (smart phones, communicators). Fujitsu will provide Stora Enso with PDA devices and life cycle management on a global scale. Life cycle management covers the management of order and delivery chain for PDA devices as well as comprehensive support services, including customer support and user training.
Among other things, Fujitsu will be responsible for pre-installations, configurations and localisations at the customer’s offices throughout the world.

The customer places PDA device orders directly on Fujitsu’s electronic ordering system, which will initiate logistic procedures and required mobile support activities.
