”It is of utmost importance to us that our key persons are available even when travelling. Thanks to Fujitsu’s life cycle service, our staff’s PDA devices will be receiving standardised service. Our key persons can rely on getting all the required support services, and even a replacement device in emergency situations, whenever they need. In addition, Fujitsu’s service provides us with a standardised platform for our mobile applications”, says Seppo Korhonen, Vice President IT for Stora Enso Oyj.

The customer places PDA device orders directly on Fujitsu’s electronic ordering system, which will initiate logistic procedures and required mobile support activities.
