Sodexho Oy, which provides companies with food and facility services in Finland, and Fujitsu Services Oy have signed an agreement by which Sodexho will transfer its IT infrastructure to Fujitsu's responsibility in line with the Provia model. The agreement covers IT infrastructure and continuous support services for approximately 500 people, as well as data communications.
"The key issue in outsourcing was to find a partner that can offer us a whole range of IT infrastructure services and develop them in co-operation with Sodexho. We reviewed several service providers' outsourcing models and chose Fujitsu, because the Provia model is flexible and guarantees the desired service level. It also enables manageable and cost-efficient IT investments," says Outi Heiska, IT Director at Sodexho.
