Fujitsu Finland awarded Cisco Gold Partner certification

Helsinki, helmikuu 06, 2012

Fujitsu Finland has attained the Gold Certified status in its partnership with Cisco, the world leading networking solutions provider. The Gold certification is a result of long-standing collaboration and marks a remarkable recognition of the technology knowledge, high-quality lifecycle services and good customer satisfaction of the partner.

The Cisco partner certifications are associated with specialized skills. Through these certifications, Fujitsu has repeatedly demonstrated that it has the best possible knowledge level in Cisco's voice and unified communications solutions, video conferencing, information security and wireless LANs, for example.

There are several certification levels in the Cisco channel partner program. Certification requires a considerable investment from the employer and a lot of time and persistence from the employee.

As a global player, Fujitsu is an interesting partner for Cisco, and the partnership is mutually lucrative.

”Achieving Cisco Gold Certification is a result of long and hard work. This certification is important to us because we will be investing even more of our resources on providing communications and networking solutions to our customers,” says Jarmo Lönnfors, director of Fujitsu's Infrastructure services.

”Fujitsu is an important partner for us both in Finland and on a global scale. By winning the Gold level partner certification, Fujitsu ensures its expertise as the provider of Cisco's latest technology solutions,” says Jaakko Hyttinen, Channel & Commercial Sales Director at Cisco Finland.

Aside from this newly achieved Cisco Gold Certification, Fujitsu is the only IT company in Finland to have been awarded Cisco's Master level Managed Services Channel Program certification.

Fujitsu is one of the most prominent Cisco partners in Finland. 90 per cent of the network devices it delivers to its customers are Cisco technology.
