Patja operating model

The Patja IT infrastructure manages desktops, servers, information security, data networks, e-mail and personal tools, helpdesk services, skills development and service management. All used methods, tools and metrics are proven in numerous projects in various industries and companies of different sizes. Patja is easy to get and deploy. All it takes is agreeing on the basics: what functions included, what service level, what information security level, at what cost.

The Patja telephony services incorporate mobile phone services, switchboard services, fixed phones and subscriptions, a wide range of user services as well as an interface to the Internet, firewall, remote use and private network.
