Refrigeration specialist Huurre Group Oy and Fujitsu Services Oy have signed an agreement on an End-to-end product service whereby Fujitsu assumes responsibility for the customer's entire hardware procurement process. The End-to-end product service incorporates hardware, delivery, hardware replacement management and financing.
Fujitsu will take care of hardware replacements for Huurre in a timely manner, allowing the customer to focus on its core business instead of figuring out IT procurement.
"We decided to outsource the procurement of desktop and laptop computers to Fujitsu, because the End-to-end product service complements the Patja service while it also shapes up and streamlines the product procurement process. Our primary focus in on improving our refrigeration expertise and we are happy to leave all basic IT operations up to an organisation that handles them well and cost-efficiently. Along with the End-to-end product service we hand over a great deal of our work load to Fujitsu" says IT manager Jorma Mursu from Huurre.
Huurre has been Fujitsu's Patja customer since 2005. The End-to-end service starts up in March 2009 at the domestic Patja offices of Huurre.
