General Description
The MB15E07L is a highly integrated solution for the generation of a stable, low noise, high frequency reference signal at a frequency of up to 2.5GHz for use as a local oscillator in modern digital or analogue communications systems.
Fabricated in Fujitsu's state of the art BiCMOS process UESBiC III, the MB15E07SL features an integrated dual modulus prescaler, programmable CMOS dividers, low noise phase detector and new programmable charge pump circuit. Programming is achieved over a three wire serial interface.
The MB15E05SL can be packaged in either 16SSOP, or in the new space saving 16BCC RF package.

- Programmable 1.5mA/6mA Charge pump for good noise and spurious performance coupled with fast channel lock in.
- Dual Modulus Prescaler programmable between 32/33 and 64/65.
- Programmed over three wire serial bus.
- Power down feature (0.1uA current consumption) controlled by an extra pin, long programming sequence not necessary.
- High impedance switch for Charge Pump output (Zc)
- -40 to +85degC ambient operating temperature range.
- Pin compatible with E and L series.
