General Description
The MB15C03 is a serially programmable low voltage PLL.
Fabricated in Fujitsu's state of the art low voltage CMOS technology, the MB15C03 features an integrated dual modulus prescaler, programmable CMOS dividers, and a low noise phase detector and charge pump circuit.
The MB15C03 is packaged in the low cost 16 pin SSOP.
