General Description
The MB15C02 is a serially programmable low voltage PLL.
Fabricated in Fujitsu's state of the art 0.35 CMOS technology, the MB15C02 features an integrated dual modulus prescaler, programmable CMOS dividers, and a low noise phase detector and charge pump circuit.
The MB15C02 is packaged in the low cost 16 pin or 20 pin SSOP.
