PLL Synthesizers

The Fujitsu PLLs utilise state-of-the-art BiCMOS RF processes and are designed to be used as frequency synthesisers for local oscillators in modern radio systems. The portfolio covers a wide frequency band, ranging from 100MHz to 6GHz, to support many communications standards including but not limited to,
- GSM
- DECT
- DCS1800
- HomeRF 2.0
- WLAN
- PDF IEEE 802.11b
- PDF IEEE 802.11a
- PDF HyperLAN/2 at 5.2GHz.
The product range features modern RF packaging technology ranging from traditional SSOP to specialised Bump Chip Carrier (BCC), of which the BCC-16 provides an area saving of up to 50% compared to SSOP devices coupled with enhanced RF performance. Furthermore the latest BCC-18 package offers an additional 30% reduction compared to the BCC-16, making it one of the smallest PLLs on the market.
