Product Profiles
As a world leader in flash memory, Fujitsu is now supplying its highly innovative new flash memory product, MirrorFlash™, which represents a true breakthrough in flash technology. MirrorFlash™ doubles the storage capability of the basic flash memory cell without compromising device endurance, performance or reliability.
Fujitsu has produced some of the most advanced memory devices yet developed by the semiconductor industry, such as Fast Cycle RAM (FCRAM™), which provides a significant improvement in memory bandwidth. With Mobile FCRAM™ Fujitsu offers the widest portfolio of Pseudo SRAM (PSRAM) products for handhelds and other mobile applications.
Fujitsu also leads the industry in the production of multi-chip packages (MCPs), with two, three, and even four stack MCPs now available, achieving dramatic space saving by doubling memory capacity. FME has also developed an 8-chip stacked MCP – another world first.
