Product Profiles

Fujitsu has produced some of the most advanced memory devices yet developed by the semiconductor industry, such as Fast Cycle RAM (FCRAM™), which provides a significant improvement in memory bandwidth. With Mobile FCRAM™ Fujitsu offers the widest portfolio of Pseudo SRAM (PSRAM) products for handhelds and other mobile applications.

Fujitsu also leads the industry in the production of multi-chip packages (MCPs), with two, three, and even four stack MCPs now available, achieving dramatic space saving by doubling memory capacity. FME has also developed an 8-chip stacked MCP – another world first.
