FRAM/RFID

Unique FRAM (Ferroelectric RAM) features such as high speed writing, write endurance of 10 billion cycles or low power consumption, offer differentiated advantages compared to nonvolatile memories like E2PROM or Flash. Fujitsu's FRAM based RFID devices are already widely used in Industrial Automation applications.
