Customer-Owned-Tooling (COT) Service FRAM-based products

Fujitsu actively supports a variety of third-party tools, meeting the growing demand for top-down design especially from fabless vendors. With Fujitsu, customers have access to the latest FRAM technology, and can incorporate this next-generation memory into their products. Our COT services allow customers to design the logic and layout using their own tools, while adhering to Fujitsu’s process rules. Once this is completed Fujitsu performs design rule checks, makes the masks and fabricates the wafers in our world-class facilities.
