SiExpress™ is a pre-production service where customers save costs by sharing MASK sets and wafer, called multi-project-wafer. We can supply high-quality, consistent samples, because SiExpress™ uses the same process as that for our ASIC products.
Fujitsu can provide customers with a packaged sample on request.
